I wanted to share an important update as
Get CPR Done (GCD) moves forward with strategic changes aimed at aligning our business more closely with our partner,
Joffe Emergency Services. By strengthening this partnership and engaging with their established client base, we’re setting GCD on a path for a strong and sustainable future.
With these changes, we’ll also be saying goodbye to Felicia Gonsalez, who, after seven years with us, will be transitioning from her role. Felicia was a driving force behind the creation and success of our CPR training programs.
We are profoundly grateful for her contributions and the solid foundation she has built for our organization.
As part of our new business strategy, I’m excited to introduce
Manae Deguchi as our Business Development Manager, who will lead the development and sustainability of GCD through expanded marketing and client acquisition activities, and cross-promoting GCD services to new and existing Joffe Emergency Services clients.
What stays the same?
- Commitment to quality: Our core mission of providing high-quality CPR training and supporting your safety goals remains unchanged. You can continue to count on the same level of service and expertise that you’ve come to expect from GCD.
- Your relationship with us: Our commitment to you, our valued clients, remains strong. We will continue to offer the programs and services you rely on to help make your communities safer.
What is different?
- Expanded opportunities for our team: With this tighter integration, we’re offering more cross-training and upward mobility for our staff, which will ultimately help us improve the level of service we can provide to you.
We’re excited about what lies ahead and confident that these changes will allow us to continue serving you with the same excellence and dedication while building a stronger future for GCD.
Thank you for your continued partnership!
